Pop Release 8.2
===============

This release introduces black to the pop codebase. This adds a significant
change in how code style is managed, code style is now just managed
with the PSF tool `black`.

This release also extends `pop-seed` to auto enforce the same
standard of using ``black`` in all ``pop`` projects.

The `pop-seed` command will now add a pyproject.toml file
and a pre-commit configuration. The hope is that this will allow
all ``pop`` projects to adhere to a completely consistent style.
